Running a business and employing staff can be a rewarding experience in many ways.  But understanding how to make your business family friendly whilst maintaining profitability is an equation many struggle to solve.

We all know that if employees have problems with childcare, or their child is sick, there’s a great impact on both the individual and business a like.  The Government has for a long time now encouraged and legislated for improved provision for family friendly employment, as it’s widely understood that although a challenge for businesses to resolve, improvements in family friendly employment can deliver many commercial rewards.
